Stealth Broadband, incorporated in 2016 by telecommunications professionals, specializes in bringing fiber-optic and wireless technologies to underserved areas of Northeast Nebraska. We provide residents and small businesses with exceptionally high speeds and no data restrictions at reasonable rates. Stealth Broadband is 100% Nebraska-owned with offices in Blair, Neligh, Norfolk, and Humphrey. We currently operate in multiple counties and are excited to expand further.
Your Internet service will continue uninterrupted. We are evaluating all areas of the current ACT network to provide speed updates and reliability enhancements. Stay tuned for more improvements!
Stealth has evaluated the speeds and pricing that ACT currently provides to customers and we do not plan to make any pricing changes to current customers.
That's up to you! Stealth Broadband provides email or automatic billing at no cost.
If you prefer a paper statement, a $5/month fee will be added to your bill.
On Saturday, April 1, ACT will be sending out billing statements for service in April on behalf of Stealth Broadband. For those that pay by check, we would ask you to remit payment to Stealth at this address:
Stealth Broadband
PO Box 634
Blair, NE 68008
For those that use ACH or automatic credit card payments, your payment will be withdrawn from your account on April 20th by ACT.
Throughout the month of April, Stealth’s billing team will be working to migrate your account to our billing system. The Stealth billing system is setup to bill on the 15th of the month for the following month. Our goal is to have all pay-by-check customers moved to our system by April 15th. On that day, May service billing statements will be emailed or mailed to each pay-by-check customer with payment due by the last day of the month.
Customers using automatic billing through either ACH or credit-card payments need to contact Stealth Broadband to enroll in our automatic billing system. Automatic payments will be posted between the 15th and the 30th of April. Beginning in May, billing will occur on the 15th of the month.
Stealth billing is available 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, by calling 402-347-1010 or through email at billing@stealthbroadband.com.

Beginning April 1, please call 402-347-1010 or email support@stealthbroadband.com.
Stealth's helpdesk has different tiers of support. When you call in, you begin with Tier 1, which will start a support ticket and try to resolve service issues. If they are not able to solve the issue in a timely manner or need assistance, the support ticket is escalated to Tier 2. At Tier 2, the technicians have enhanced visibility into the Stealth network and will be able to provide more detailed support. In some cases, Stealth may need to request assistance from ACT during the transition phase.
Stealth’s normal response time for support calls and emails:
· Weekdays between 8am and 7pm - less that 2 hours to respond
· Weekdays and weekends between 7pm and 8am - next day response
· Weekends between 8am and 7pm – less than 4 hours to respond
ACT has successfully expanded to a lot of rural areas, and it will take some time for Stealth technicians to learn all the details of the network. This means that during the transition phase of this acquisition, Stealth will likely need extra time to diagnose service issues.
