Help Desk Technician

Stealth Broadband is seeking a friendly, tech-savvy Help Desk Technician to support our customers with internet, Wi-Fi, and basic network troubleshooting. This role provides phone and remote support, resolves technical issues, and delivers an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills

  • Basic networking knowledge (routers, Wi-Fi, IP/VLANS)

  • Problem-solving mindset

  • Customer service experience preferred

  • Must be able to report to our offices in Norfolk or Blair daily
