NEBRASKA BROADBAND EQUITY, ACCESS, AND DEPLOYMENT (BEAD) PROGRAM & STEALTH BROADBAND
Welcome to Stealth Broadband's BEAD Project Information Center. Here you'll find information about the Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) Program, what it means for your property, and the steps required before fiber construction can begin.
About the Program
The Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) Program is a federally funded initiative that expands access to reliable, high-speed broadband Internet in unserved and underserved areas of Nebraska. Administered by the Nebraska Broadband Office, the program helps bring future-ready fiber broadband to homes, farms, businesses, and community institutions that currently lack adequate Internet service.
Stealth Broadband is proud to have been awarded funding to construct fiber broadband networks in eligible project areas throughout Nebraska. As a Nebraska-owned and operated provider, we're committed to delivering fast, reliable Internet that will serve our communities for generations.
What Does This Mean for You?
If you've received a letter from Stealth Broadband, your property has been identified as an eligible location within one of our BEAD-funded construction areas.
Before construction can begin, we may need your permission to install a service line from our fiber network to your home or business. This permission is provided through a Service Line Agreement.
Signing the agreement does not obligate you to purchase Internet service. It simply allows Stealth Broadband to install the fiber service line to your property while construction crews are working in your area. Having the service line installed during construction makes it easier, faster, and less disruptive if you choose to activate service in the future.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to become a Stealth Broadband customer?
No. Signing the Service Line Agreement does not require you to subscribe to service. It simply grants permission for the service line to be installed.
Is there a cost to have the service line installed?
No. The service line installation is covered as part of the BEAD-funded construction project for eligible properties.
What happens after I sign?
Our construction team will schedule work as the project progresses through your area. Once the network is complete, we'll contact you with information about available Internet plans and how to activate service.
What if I don't sign?
If we don't receive your agreement before construction in your area is complete, installing service later may require additional construction and could result in delays or additional costs.
